S./CANADA AREA: Members/vessels acknowledge that they are granted permission to access the Eastern US/CA Area year round, regardless of projections that the hard TAC applicable to the common pool will be caught. Members further acknowledge that access to this area on a continual basis is conditioned on the vessels availability of ACE.
