Call Time. Employees recalled to work after leaving the premises of the Company, after completion of their regular shift, will be paid double rate for all hours worked, with a guaranteed minimum payment of two (2) hours at double rate, i.e., four (4) hours at straight time rate.

Call Time. Employees who have been called into work outside of their regular shift schedule shall be paid at the appropriate rate for the hours worked or a minimum of three (3) hours' pay at the employee's regular straight-time hourly rate, whichever is greater. Call time pay begins when employees report to their assigned work site ready for work. Employees will be permitted to leave the work site when the work assignment that is the reason for the call time is completed unless the employee's scheduled work shift has commenced. There shall be no duplication of hours or pay.

Call Time. An employee who is called by the Employer to work in an emergency outside his regularly scheduled hours shall be provided with at least two hours work at time and one-half. If, however, call time hours overlap the employee's regularly scheduled hours, he/she shall be paid at straight time rates for the regularly scheduled hours.

When employees are called at home during unscheduled work time because of a problem and report to work at a district facility or they are able to resolve the problem/situation at home, they will be paid for the time they work including travel time at the applicable rate of pay. When employees are called at home to work or to resolve a problem/situation at home and choose not to, the employee will receive no payment. 3. Each department needing employees to be available after assigned work hours will be provided a sign up list for those interested in being called. Only those on the list will be contacted.
Call Time. Any employee who is specially called in outside his/her normal shift time will be paid four hours at straight time for the call-in. Normal overtime rates will then be applied to all hours worked up to the starting time of his/her regular shift. One hour’s pay at straight time will be paid if the plant phones for a call-in and the problem is solved by the telephone call, which must be authorized by Management. Call Time is intended to address instances where an employee is called in to work, outside of his /her regular hours, because of a specific emergency situation, and he/ she is required to report to the plant as soon as possible.

This provision shall not apply to employees who are called in early prior to their regular starting time and work through their regular shift. Employees who refuse overtime work prior to their regular starting time shall not be charged with a refusal for the purpose outlined in Section 2 of this article.
