If Dealer submits an applicant’s credit application to eAutoLenders for credit approval prior to making a Contract or selling a Plan, Dealer will notify each applicant that their credit application is being submitted to eAutoLenders for credit approval. For applications submitted in advance to eAutoLenders for its credit approval, if eAutoLenders does not approve and as a result the Dealer does not make a Contract or sell a Plan to the applicant, then eAutoLenders will prepare the appropriate notice and send it to the applicant. For applications not submitted in advance to eAutoLenders for its credit approval, if the Dealer does not approve and as a result the Dealer does not make a Contract or sell a Plan to the applicant, then Dealer will prepare the appropriate notice and send it to the applicant.
