ECOA. Both Capital and Dealer will comply in a timely manner with all obligations under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and all regulations promulgated under such Act. Capital is not a consumer reporting agency, as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Dealer will notify each applicant that their credit application is being submitted to Capital for credit approval. If Capital declines to purchase a Contract, then Capital will prepare the appropriate Notice of Adverse Action and send it directly to the address shown on the credit application.

For applications submitted in advance to eAutoLenders for its credit approval, if eAutoLenders does not approve and as a result the Dealer does not make a Contract or sell a Plan to the applicant, then eAutoLenders will prepare the appropriate notice and send it to the applicant.   • Credit Union Section 1. The Employer agrees to make payroll deductions available to employees who wish to participate in the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, as designated by the Union, or any one of the credit unions duly chartered under State or Federal statutes and approved by the Employer.

  • Credit Reports Borrower authorizes Lender to obtain a credit report on Borrower at any time.

  • Cultural Resources If a cultural resource is discovered, the Purchaser shall immediately suspend all operations in the vicinity of the cultural resource and notify the Forest Officer. Operations may only resume if authorized by the Forest Officer. Cultural resources identified and protected elsewhere in this contract are exempted from this clause. Cultural resources, once discovered or identified, are not to be disturbed by the Purchaser, or his, her or its employees and/or sub- contractors.
