Power Factor The Power Producer shall maintain the Power Factor as per the prevailing GERC regulations and as may be stipulated / specified by GETCO from time to time. The Power Producer shall provide suitable protection devices, so that the Electric Generators could be isolated automatically when grid supply fails. Connectivity criteria like short circuit level (for switchgear), neutral Grounding, fault clearance time, current unbalance (including negative and zero sequence currents), limit of harmonics etc. shall be as per Grid Code.

Multiplier For Work assigned under this Agreement, a maximum multiplier of 2.9 for home office and 2.4 for field office shall apply to Consultant’s hourly Wage Rates in calculating compensation payable by the City. Said multiplier is intended to cover the Consultant employee benefits and the Consultant’s profit and overhead, including, without limitation, office rent, local telephone and utility charges, office and drafting supplies, depreciation of equipment, professional dues, subscriptions, stenographic, administrative and clerical support, other employee time or travel and subsistence not directly related to a project.
ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT is the adjustment to the Aircraft Basic Price (Base Airframe, Engine and Special Features) as calculated pursuant to Exhibit D.
PERCENTAGE GOAL The goal for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) participation in the work to be performed under this contract is 23.7 % of the contract amount.
ECONOMIC ADJUSTMENT Beginning twelve (12) months after the effective date of this Statewide Contract and for every annual anniversary thereafter, the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Services shall be adjusted, based upon the percent changes (whether up or down) in the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) indices described below, for the most recent year. Economic adjustment will lag one (1) calendar quarter past the Contract commencement date to allow for publication of BLS data. All calculations for the index shall be based upon the latest version of data published as of one year of the effective date each year. Prices shall be adjusted on February 1st. If an index is recoded (i.e., the recoded index is a direct substitute for the prior index according to the BLS), this Statewide Contract will use the recoded index, as applicable. If an index becomes unavailable, Enterprise Services shall substitute a proxy index. If there is not a direct substitute, the next higher aggregate index available will be used. The economic adjustment shall be calculated as follows: New Price = Old Price x (Current Period Pricing/Base Period Index)

Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.
