EDITING RIGHTS. The Publisher may edit and make additional changes to the Contribution to ensure that it meets the publications standards of the Publisher, whether before or after publication. The Publisher shall make every effort to communicate and consult with the Author in case there are any substantial changes.
EDITING RIGHTS. Changes, additions, deletions, abridgments, or condensations in the text of the Book or changes of title may be made by Publisher, its agents, or employees, with the consent of Author, which consent shall not be reasonably withheld. However, the Publisher may not interfere with the artistic integrity of the work.
EDITING RIGHTS a. NAT 1 LLC will make no alterations to the Work’s text or title without the Author’s written approval. The Author will be provided with NAT 1 LLC’s proposed version of the Work prior to publication and given sufficient time to review the text. NAT 1 LLC reserves the right to make minor copyediting changes to conform the style of the text to the House’s standard form and usage.
b. If NAT 1 LLC insists on edits that the Author feels will be to the detriment of the Work, and all attempts at negotiation fail, the Author retains the right to withdraw the Work and terminate this Agreement with sixty (60) days written notice delivered to the House. NAT 1 LLC maintains the right to recover costs expended exercises this right too close to the publication date (i.e., less than sixty days before publication).
EDITING RIGHTS. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Angel may, upon the request of a sublicensee, cut or edit the Content, or cause the Content to be cut or edited, only for (i) standards and practices compliance (airline, broadcast, and otherwise); (ii) creating commercial breaks; (iii) potential or actual legal claims; (iv) censorship compliance; (v) ratings compliance; (vi) panning and scanning requirements (including any re-sizing of the picture to conform to broadcast requirement); (vii) closed-captions materials, bonus materials and/or Angel’s own promotional reel; and (ix) subtitling and dubbing. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing shall not apply to the Content as theatrically exhibited or streamed.
EDITING RIGHTS. Subject to the moral rights of the author of the Program and to any restrictions notified to Licensee by Licensor in writing, Licensee may edit the Program for the purpose of dubbing and subtitling in the Licensed Language Version, formatting, to insert commercial announcements (and provided such announcements are made during natural breaks in the Program), to conform to time segment requirements, to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Territory and with local or national broadcast standards and practices, to meet scheduling and timing requirements and to create promotional materials. In exercising these rights, Licensee may not alter or delete any credit, logo, copyright notice or trademark notice appearing in the Program nor include any material in the Program other than the credit or logo of Licensee or a legally required notice. Editing of the Program in any manner other than as described hereof and substituting a new title for the Program shall be subject to the prior written approval of Licensor.
EDITING RIGHTS. You grant TAB Austria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to modify, edit, and re-publish your product, even without your consent, as long as it is necessary in accordance with points 3.8 and 4.3 of this Agreement: if you do not provide adequate information or adequate support for your products, or if you do not adjust the product to the altered submission guidelines within the period referred to.
EDITING RIGHTS a. Nat 1 Publishing will make no alterations to the Work’s text or title without the Author’s written approval. The Author will be provided with Nat 1 Publishing’s proposed version of the Work prior to publication and given sufficient time to review the text; if no confirmation or rejection of edits is made after two months, the Author agrees that the House may make those changes. Nat 1 Publishing reserves the right to make minor copyediting changes to conform the style of the text to the multi-author anthology’s standard form and usage.
b. If Nat 1 Publishing insists on edits that the Author feels will be to the detriment of the Work, and all attempts at negotiation fail, the Author retains the right to withdraw the Work and terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice delivered to Nat 1 Publishing and not be required to pay the termination fee.
c. The Author will be credited (as defined in 7a) on the title page and at the beginning of the story as the Author’s byline.

The Author will be provided with Nat 1 Publishing’s proposed version of the Work prior to publication and given sufficient time to review the text. Nat 1 Publishing reserves the right to make minor copyediting changes to conform the style of the text to the House’s standard form and usage.
b. If Nat 1 Publishing insists on edits that the Author feels will be to the detriment of the Work, and all attempts at negotiation fail, the Author retains the right to withdraw the Work and terminate this Agreement with a written notice within thirty (30) days of publication. Should the Author wish to terminate this contract within thirty (30) days of its slated publication, they may do so but must pay a fee of $100.
EDITING RIGHTS. 10.1. The Publisher has the right of final approval of the Author's manuscript. The Publisher may assign an editor to coordinate with the Author in making edits and revisions. The Author will be notified prior to any and all substantial changes. The Author will not be required to pay for the services of an editor assigned by the Publisher. The Publisher may make all corrections of typographical or grammatical errors without the Author's consent.
