EDUCATIONAL GROWTH. a. When the Superintendent requires a bargaining unit member to attend a workshop, seminar, or other similar program, the Board shall pay registration, tuition or such fees as required for the workshop, seminar, or program. Travel expenses will be reimbursed consistent with Board guidelines.
