EDUCATIONAL LEAVE 36. 01 Leave of absence without loss of pay, seniority and all benefits shall be granted to employees whenever the Employer requests, in writing, that the employee take designated courses and/or examinations. The cost of the course and/or any examination fee and reasonable expenses incurred in taking the course and/or examination shall be paid by the Employer. This Article applies where the Employer requires the employee to obtain specialized training or new/updated skills.
