Common use of Educational Policy Clause in Contracts

Educational Policy. ‌ Employees who do not have the present basic educational requirements of the Employer may, if they desire, make application to the Employer for financial assistance and shift consideration to enable them to register at a suitable school for the courses needed to acquire the basic educational standards. Financial assistance for registered correspondence courses will also be considered by the Employer.
