Educator Plans: Directed Growth Plan. A) A Directed Growth Plan is for those Educators with PTS whose overall rating is needs improvement. B) The goals in the Plan must address areas identified as needing improvement as determined by the Evaluator. C) The Evaluator shall complete a summative evaluation for the Educator at the end of the period determined by the Plan, but at least annually, and in no case later than May 15th.
