Effect of a Force Majeure Event. The Affected Party is excused from performance of its obligations under this Agreement, other than the payment by the Government of the applicable Purchase Price, to the extent that performance thereof is impeded or prevented due to a Force Majeure Event and must not be liable for the non-performance of such obligation during the period of a Force Majeure Event. Notwithstanding the existence of any Force Majeure Event, the Affected Party shall however continue to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement, which are not affected by such Force Majeure Event in accordance with this Agreement.
Effect of a Force Majeure Event. If any party to this Agreement is prevented, hindered or delayed from or in performing in full any of its obligations under this Agreement by a Force Majeure Event:-
Effect of a Force Majeure Event. The Affected Party is excused from performance of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that performance thereof is impeded or prevented due to a Force Majeure Event and shall not be liable for the non-performance of such obligation during the period of Force Majeure. The Affected Party shall however continue to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement, which are not affected by a Force Majeure Event in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If a Prolonged Force Majeure Event occurs, which wholly or partially prevents performance by either Party, then the Affected Party may upon twenty (20) Business Days' notice to the other Party provided that such Prolonged Force Majeure Event is continuing, terminate this Agreement. In this event, the O&M Contractor shall no later than ten (10) Business Days of such notice being delivered comply with its obligations under Clauses 12.5(a) (O&M Contractor Obligations on Expiry or Termination) to 12.5(f).
Effect of a Force Majeure Event. If any party to this Agreement is prevented, hindered or delayed from or in performing in full any of its obligations under this Agreement by a Force Majeure Event:-
(a) that party’s obligations under this Agreement will be suspended for as long as the Force Majeure Event continues, but only to the extent that the party is so prevented, hindered or delayed;
(b) as soon as reasonably practicable after commencement of the Force Majeure Event, that party must notify the other party or parties to whom the relevant obligation is owed in writing of the occurrence and nature of the Force Majeure Event, the date of the commencement of the Force Majeure Event and the effect of the Force Majeure Event on its ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement;
(c) that party must use all reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure Event upon the performance of its obligations under this Agreement; and
(d) as soon as reasonably practicable after the cessation of the Force Majeure Event that party must notify the other parties in writing of the cessation of the Force Majeure Event and must resume the full performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Effect of a Force Majeure Event. Neither party shall be liable for its failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event occurs and is continuing, then the non-affected party may terminate this Agreement without liability if the affected party is not able to resume its performance within sixty (60) days.
Effect of a Force Majeure Event. The Affected Party will be excused from performance of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that performance is impeded or prevented due to a Force Majeure Event and will not be liable for the non-performance of such obligation during the period of a Force Majeure Event. If the Affected Party's ability to perform an obligation under this Agreement by a contractual milestone set out in this Agreement (including but not limited to the Scheduled COD and the Commercial Operation Longstop Date) is affected by a Force Majeure Event, the relevant contractual milestone shall be extended by one day for each day that the Affected Party is unable to comply with the relevant obligation as a result of such Force Majeure Event or is delayed as a result of such Force Majeure Event in complying with the relevant obligation under this Agreement. In the case of Other Force Majeure Event, the Term shall be automatically extended for a period equal to the duration of the Other Force Majeure Event. Notwithstanding the existence of any Force Majeure Event, the Affected Party shall however continue to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement, which are not affected by such Force Majeure Event in accordance with this Agreement.
Effect of a Force Majeure Event. Subject to clause 11.4, if a party is prevented from performing any obligations under this agreement by reason of a Force Majeure Event (Affected Party), then:
(a) the relevant obligations of the Affected Party will be suspended from the time that the Force Majeure Event prevents the performance of such obligations until the time that such obligations are no longer affected by the Force Majeure Event (Force Majeure Suspension Period); and
(b) the Affected Party will have no liability to the other party in respect of the failure to perform such obligations during the Force Majeure Suspension Period to the extent that such failure is caused by the Force Majeure Event.

In the event of Prolonged Force Majeure Event, either Party may upon twenty (20) Business Days' notice to the other Party, provided that such Prolonged Force Majeure Event is continuing, terminate this Agreement. In this event, the Project Company shall pay the Supplier in accordance with Clause 24.2(b) (Consequences of Termination due to Project Company's Fault), provided that the Supplier complies with its obligations under Clause 24.2(a) (Consequences of Termination due to Project Company's Fault), not later than ten (10) Business Days following receipt of the notice.
Effect of a Force Majeure Event. Within 5 Business Days of receipt by a Party of a notice referred to in clause 15.1, the Parties must meet to discuss the steps that the Parties will take to minimise any effects of the Force Majeure Event. Irrespective of any other obligations under this clause 15, on and from the date a Party is aware of a Force Majeure Event, that Party must mitigate and minimise the effect of the Force Majeure Event.
Effect of a Force Majeure Event. If a Party (the “Affected Party”) is unable to carry out any of its obligations under this Agreement due to Force Majeure this Agreement shall remain in effect but the Affected Party’s relevant obligations under this Agreement and the corresponding obligations of the other Party (“Non-Affected Party”) under this Agreement, shall be suspended for a period equal to the circumstance of Force Majeure provided that:-
14.1.1 the suspension of performance is of no greater scope than is required by the Force Majeure;
14.1.2 the Affected Party immediately gives the Non-Affected Party prompt written notice describing the circumstance of Force Majeure, including the nature of the occurrence and its expected duration, and continues to furnish regular reports during the period of Force Majeure and notifies the Non-Affected Party immediately of the cessation of the Force Majeure;
14.1.3 the Affected Party uses all reasonable efforts to remedy its inability to perform and to mitigate the effects of the circumstance of Force Majeure; and
14.1.4 a soon as practicable after the event which constitutes Force Majeure the Parties discuss how best to continue their operations as far as possible in accordance with this Agreement.
