Effect of Approval of Submittals. The approval of Submittals shall not relieve Contractor of the obligation for accuracy of dimensions and details; for conforming the work to the requirements of the Contract Documents; or from responsibility to fulfill this Facilities Lease at no extra cost to District, within the Term of this Facilities Lease.
