Effect of Increase in Reimbursement Rates. In the event the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) increases or decreases, or DHCS increases or decreases the reimbursement rates to Client for any LEA Billing service interim claim during the Term of this Agreement, Paradigm’s standard fee for such services will simultaneously and without requirement of prior notice to Client increase or decrease by the same percentage as the percentage DHCS increase or decrease.

Effect of Increase in Reimbursement Rates. In the event DHCS increases the reimbursement rates to Client for LEA Billing Services during the Term of this Agreement, Paradigm’s flat fees will automatically increase by the same percentage as the percentage DHCS increase. However, in no event will Paradigm’s flat fees increase by more than 2% in any Fiscal Year during the Term of the Agreement.

  • Availability of PHI for Amendment Modernizing Medicine shall provide PHI in EMA to Medical Practice for amendment, and incorporate any such amendments in the PHI (for so long as Modernizing Medicine maintains such information in the Designated Record Set), in accordance with this Addendum and as required by 45 C.F.R. § 164.526. If Modernizing Medicine receives a request for amendment to PHI directly from an Individual, Modernizing Medicine shall forward such request to Medical Practice within ten (10) business days. Medical Practice shall have the sole responsibility for determining whether to approve an amendment to PHI and to make such amendment.

  • Replacement of Lenders If any Lender requests compensation under Section 3.04, or if the Borrower is required to pay any additional amount to any Lender or any Governmental Authority for the account of any Lender pursuant to Section 3.01, the Borrower may replace such Lender in accordance with Section 10.13.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.
