Effect of Occurrence. Under no circumstances shall the Development Period be extended by more than 180 days as the result of an event of force majeure.

Royal will promptly notify PDUS of the commencement and termination of any event of force majeure.

PDUS will promptly notify Silverado of the commencement and termination of any event of force majeure.
