EFFECT OF PRIOR AGREEMENT. This agreement supersedes any prior agreement between Company or any predecessor of Company and Employee, except that this Agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this Agreement.
EFFECT OF PRIOR AGREEMENT. Executive acknowledges that the provisions of this Section 3 are in addition to and do not supersede the provisions of that Employee Confidentiality Agreement (the “Prior Agreement”) between Corporation and Executive dated effective June 17, 1992, and that the Prior Agreement remains in full force and effect.
EFFECT OF PRIOR AGREEMENT. All terms and conditions of this Long-Term Stay / Intern Group License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Agreement and any Amendment, the terms and conditions set forth in this Long- Term Stay / Intern Group License Agreement shall control.

EFFECT OF PRIOR AGREEMENT. The Prior Agreement shall not be considered in interpreting or applying any provision of this Agreement.
EFFECT OF PRIOR AGREEMENT. Except as set forth herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The Agreement and this Amendment shall be read and construed as one agreement. If any of the terms of the Agreement shall conflict with any of the terms of this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall control.
EFFECT OF PRIOR AGREEMENT. The parties acknowledge that the Prior Agreement expired as of December 31, 1998.
