Agreements made under the Group Billing Option. Adjustment form(s) must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days prior to the first scheduled date of arrival and are subject to review prior to acceptance. If an Adjustment Form is not received within fifteen (15) days of the first scheduled date of arrival, the University will hold the Licensee financially responsible for the original number of Group Participants, rooms, nights and other service changes agreed upon under this Agreement.
Agreements made under the Group Billing Option i. A Group Reservation Cancellation request received by May 19, 2023 will be granted a full refund of any monies paid and released from all other financial obligations.
