Effect of Work Rules. A work rule or policy that is in violation of this Agreement shall be the proper subject of a grievance, as is a work rule not having been applied uniformly to all employees. No employee shall be disciplined for an alleged violation of a work rule, which has not been promulgated as set forth in Section 9.1 and/or 9.2 of this Article.
