Effect on Other Benefits. In no event will the value, at any time, of the Restricted Stock Units or any other payment or right to payment under this Agreement be included as compensation or earnings for purposes of any other compensation, retirement, or benefit plan offered to employees of, or other Service Providers to, the Company or any Subsidiary unless otherwise specifically provided for in such plan.

Effect on Other Benefits. In no event will the value, at any time, of the Restricted Stock Units or any other payment or right to payment under this Agreement be included as compensation or earnings for purposes of any other compensation, retirement, or benefit plan offered to employees of, or other Service Providers to, the Company Corporation or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Corporation unless otherwise specifically provided for in such plan.

In no event will the value, at any time, of the Restricted Stock Units Shares or any other payment or right to payment under this Agreement be included as compensation or earnings for purposes of any other compensation, retirement, or benefit plan offered to employees ofTrustees, or other Service Providers service providers to, the Company Trust or any Subsidiary Affiliate unless otherwise specifically provided for in such plan.

Effect on Other Benefits. In no event will the value, at any time, of the Restricted Stock Units Shares or any other payment or right to payment under this Agreement be included as compensation or earnings for purposes of any other compensation, retirement, or benefit plan offered to employees of, or other Service Providers to, the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company unless otherwise specifically provided for in such plan.
