Effect on Other Benefits. The value of Common Shares and dividend equivalents distributed with respect to the Restricted Units shall not be considered eligible earnings for purposes of any other plans maintained by the Company. Neither shall such value be considered part of the Participant’s compensation for purposes of determining or calculating other benefits that are based on compensation, such as life insurance.
