Common use of EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by WisDOT, the MPO, and the Transit Operator and shall remain in force until terminated under provisions of Article XIV, or until superseded by a new agreement. B. This Agreement may be amended from time-to-time as facts or circumstances warrant or as may be required by OMB and/or state laws, administrative regulations, departmental orders, or guidelines having the full force and effect of law. C. This Agreement supersedes any previous cooperative agreement for metropolitan transportation planning.
