Standard Day. For the purposes of monetary benefits for time not worked, a standard day shall be defined as the standard work week hours for that classification (i.e., non-exempt 35 hours, or 37.5 hours, or 40 hours, or exempt a minimum of 37.5 hours) divided by 5. For example, 35 hours per week divided by 5 equals a standard day of 7 hours. This is pro- rated for part-time employees (e.g., 24 hours per week divided by 5 equals 4.8 hours as a day).
Standard Day. For overtime purposes the standard day for all nurses covered by this Agreement shall be defined as a 24 hour period beginning at: 2300 - 0700 Night Tour 0700 - 1500 Day Tour 1500 - 2300 Evening Tour The Union and the Employer may mutually agree to 7.5 hour tours commencing up to one (1) hour earlier or later than the times stated above. A six (6) week period of notice to the Union and nurses will be provided before any change is made.
Standard Day. For overtime purposes the standard day for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be defined as a 24-hour period beginning at: 0700 - 1500 Day Tour 1500 - 2300 Evening Tour 2300 - 0700 Night Tour Any employee who works a tour that begins or ends at a different time than the above will be paid overtime calculated on that time. No employee shall have her or his present tour changed except by mutual agreement.

Standard Day a) The standard day shift shall consist of seven (7) hours per day between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 6:00 P.M. The standard work week shall consist of thirty-five (35) hours, Monday through Saturday inclusive.
b) The determination of the starting time of daily and weekly work schedules and scheduled days off for all regular employees shall be made by the employer. In the event of any changes in starting and quitting times of shifts, the Employer agrees to give at least fifteen
Standard Day. 29.3.1. The standard day provides the basis for the flextime system and for deduction of leave credits.
29.3.2. The standard day for full time employees is 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 4.51 pm.
29.3.3. The standard day for full time employees will change to 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm from the beginning of the first full settlement period 24 months after commencement of this agreement
29.3.4. The standard day for part time employees is as specified in their part time agreements.
Standard Day a. The standard day for a full-time employee will be 7 hours 36 minutes, with starting and finishing times to be determined by the ABC within the limits of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
b. An unpaid meal break of 60 minutes shall be given each day between the hours of midday and 2.00 pm.
