Effective Date and Expiration Date. (a) This Agreement is effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and conditions as of and from the Effective Date. This Agreement and all outstanding Rights terminate and are void and of no further force and effect on and from the Expiration Date.

Effective Date and Expiration Date. A. Notwithstanding the actual date this Agreement has been duly executed by the parties, the Authority and User mutually agree the effective date of this Agreement shall be 1, 20 , and the said date of “ 1" shall be the Anniversary Date for all future Rent adjustments, renewals, and notices.
