Effective Dates of Adjustments. 6.2.2.1 Category adjustments will be effective on the first day of classes. Ordinarily all documentation should be completed by December 31st. However, in the event that documentation of the application cannot be completed by December 31st, the teacher concerned shall file a letter of intent, with the Superintendent of Human Resources, prior to that date, explaining the reasons for the delay in completing documentation. If the reasons stated are deemed valid by the Board, and if the documentation is received and approved by the Board, the teacher's application and its retroactivity will be protected until the final deadline date of May 31st.

Effective Dates of Adjustments. Basic Rent shall be adjusted commencing on the second anniversary of the Basic Rent Payment Date on which the first full monthly installment of Basic Rent shall be due and payable (i.e., the “First Full Basic Rent Payment Date”). As of such second anniversary of the First Full Basic Rent Payment Date and on each anniversary of such date occurring thereafter during the Term (including, if same is extended, during the each Renewal Term), Basic Rent shall be adjusted as provided in Paragraph 3 below (each such date being hereinafter referred to as the “Basic Rent Adjustment Date”).

  • Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable.   • Equitable adjustments (1) If the Contracting Officer confirms that Government conduct effected a change as alleged by the Contractor, and the conduct causes an increase or decrease in the Contractor's cost of, or the time required for, performance of any part of the work under this contract, whether changed or not changed by such conduct, an equitable adjustment shall be made--

  • Wage Adjustments If the funding available to be used for wages provided by Government in any fiscal year increases, the Employer shall pass on such increases to employees consistent with the funding increase adjusted for any additional deficits that this contract incurs. This will be the case whether the funding increase is for the entire year or simply a portion of it, and wage increases shall be effective upon the effective date of the increased funding. Should there be no increase provided by Government, wages will be maintained at their present levels. Should there be a decrease in funding, then the Employer will maintain wages at present levels. The Employer will promptly provide the Union with any information it receives from the Government regarding funding available for wages, and the parties will meet as required to work towards cooperative resolution of any issues arising from this Government information.

  • Price Adjustments 17.1 Prices for Goods/Services supplied in terms of this Agreement shall be subject to review as indicated in the Schedule of Requirements/Works Order annexed hereto.

  • Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract. Contractor must submit to District any proposed cost adjustments at least 60 days before the proposed effective date of such increases with a detailed explanation for each adjustment. District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.

  • Pay Adjustments (1) Where the rate of pay of a position or job is adjusted upwards, the employee shall be placed on the lowest step of the new pay range which will give him/her a monthly increase and the increment anniversary shall be that date.
