Effective July 1, 2019. (a) A scale increase of 1.25% will be applied to the maxima and minima salaries and to each salary referenced at each step on the current salary grid. (b) Each employee, except an employee whose salary at June 30, 2019 was at or above the maximum for their grade, will be moved up to the next step within their grade.
