Accrual of Personal Leave. (a) The balance of Personal Leave entitlements which have not been taken in any year shall be cumulative from year to year.
Accrual of Personal Leave. The entitlement to paid personal carer’s leave shall accrue and be credited to Employees each month on a pro-rata basis of nominal hours worked or paid in accordance with the AFPCS.
Accrual of Personal Leave. (i) In accordance with the NES, untaken personal leave accumulates from year to year.
Accrual of Personal Leave. An employee is entitled to accrue paid personal leave, for each complete four (4) week period of continuous service with the employer, of 1/26 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee for the employer during that four (4) week period. Paid personal leave accrues on a pro-rata basis. Personal (sick) leave accrues on a weekly basis, (i.e. there is no up front block entitlement on each anniversary). Balance of accrued personal (sick) leave will appear on the weekly pay slips.

Provided that, where a business is transmitted from one Employer (the old Employer), to another Employer (the new Employer), the new Employer shall be required to recognise the accrued leave of Employees who worked for the old Employer and who continue to work for the new Employer.

Employees shall accrue paid personal leave time in accordance with the following schedule whenever they are on paid employment status: Length of Service Hours/Month Accrual Hours/Annual Accrual 0 through 5 years 16 192 6 through 10 years 20 240 11 through 15 years 22 264 16 through 20 years 24 288 21 and subsequent years 26 312 Maximum accumulation of personal leave time shall not exceed 528 hours, except when the employee is unable to use personal leave time as a result of illness, disability, or operational considerations beyond the employee’s control. In such event, an employee shall not be penalized for excess accumulation, and the Employer has the option of either allowing excess accumulation or paying the employee for the excess accumulation. Buyback of personal leave accumulation will be allowed during the term of this Agreement, subject to the approval of the Employer (based upon availability of funds) to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours per year.

Accrual of Personal Leave. (a) The balance of personal leave entitlements which have not been taken in any year, shall be cumulative from year to year, provided that, following a transmission of business on or after 2 September 1980, an Employee who worked with the transmittor and who continues in the service of the transmittee the amount of accumulated sick leave which exceeds 224 hours shall be disregarded. The definitions of transmission, transmittor and transmittee are contained in the Long Service Leave clause.
Accrual of Personal Leave. Each eligible employee shall be granted three (3) days of paid personal leave during each fiscal year. For the purposes of personal leave accrual, one day shall be equal to one-fifth of an employee’s regular hours per week. Employees will accrue one-twelfth of the annual personal leave for each full calendar month of service.
