Accrual of Personal Leave. (a) The balance of Personal Leave entitlements which have not been taken in any year shall be cumulative from year to year.
(b) To the extent that this Agreement provides for part days, notice, certification, existing caps on accumulation and pro rata accruals of sick leave the provisions shall apply to this clause.
(c) In respect to Nurses only, where the one day absences referred to in Clause 54.7(b) are not taken for a period of 5 years, an additional 38 hours personal leave shall be added to the employee’s accrued entitlement.
Accrual of Personal Leave. The entitlement to paid personal carer’s leave shall accrue and be credited to Employees each month on a pro-rata basis of nominal hours worked or paid in accordance with the AFPCS.
Accrual of Personal Leave. (i) In accordance with the NES, untaken personal leave accumulates from year to year.
Accrual of Personal Leave. An employee is entitled to accrue paid personal leave, for each complete four (4) week period of continuous service with the employer, of 1/26 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee for the employer during that four (4) week period. Paid personal leave accrues on a pro-rata basis.
Accrual of Personal Leave. Subject to this clause, Employee’s entitlement to personal/xxxxx’s leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the Employee’s ordinary hours of work. Provided that personal/xxxxx’s leave does not accrue during any periods on unpaid leave or absences.

Provided that, where a business is transmitted from one Employer (the old Employer), to another Employer (the new Employer), the new Employer shall be required to recognise the accrued leave of Employees who worked for the old Employer and who continue to work for the new Employer.

Accrual of Personal Leave. Personal leave as it pertains to this contract is a combination of holiday and vacation leave. Employees shall accrue paid personal leave time in accordance with the following schedule whenever they are on paid employment status: Length of Service Hours/Month Accrual Hours/Annual Accrual Maximum accumulation of personal leave time shall not exceed 536 hours, except when the employee is unable to use personal leave time as a result of illness, disability, military leave, or operational considerations beyond the employee’s control. In such event, an employee shall not be penalized for excess accumulation, and the Employer has the option of either allowing excess accumulation or paying the employee for the excess accumulation. Xxxxxxx of personal leave accumulation will be allowed during the term of this Agreement, subject to the approval of the Employer (based upon availability of funds) to a maximum of forty‐eight (48) hours per year.
Accrual of Personal Leave. Each eligible employee shall be granted three (3) days of paid personal leave during each fiscal year. For the purposes of personal leave accrual, one day shall be equal to one-fifth of an employee’s regular hours per week. Employees will accrue one-twelfth of the annual personal leave for each full calendar month of service.
