Common use of Effective May Clause in Contracts

Effective May. 1st, 2000, the total Employer contributions of five dollars and seventy cents ($5.70) per hour shall increase to six dollars and fifteen cents ($6.15) per hour.

Effective May. 1st, 20001999, the total Employer contributions of five dollars and twenty-five cents ($5.25) per hour shall increase to five dollars and seventy cents ($5.70) per hour shall increase to six dollars and fifteen cents ($6.15) per hour.

Effective May. 1st, 2000, the total Employer contributions of five dollars and seventy twenty-four cents ($5.705.24) per hour shall increase to six five dollars and fifteen fifty-six cents ($6.155.56) per hour.

Effective May. 1st, 20001999, the total Employer contributions of five four dollars and seventy ninety-two cents ($5.704.92) per hour shall increase to six five dollars and fifteen twenty-four cents ($6.155.24) per hour.
