Common use of Effective May Clause in Contracts

Effective May. 1st, 1999, the total Employer contributions of four dollars and ninety-two cents ($4.92) per hour shall increase to five dollars and twenty-four cents ($5.24) per hour.

Effective May. 1st, 19992000, the total Employer contributions of four dollars and ninety-two cents ($4.92) per hour shall increase to five dollars and twenty-four cents ($5.24) per hour shall increase to five dollars and fifty-six cents ($5.56) per hour.

Effective May. 1st, 19992000, the total Employer contributions of four five dollars and ninety-two seventy cents ($4.925.70) per hour shall increase to five six dollars and twenty-four fifteen cents ($5.246.15) per hour.

Effective May. 1st, 1999, the total Employer contributions of four five dollars and ninetytwenty-two five cents ($4.925.25) per hour shall increase to five dollars and twenty-four seventy cents ($5.245.70) per hour.
