Common use of Effective May Clause in Contracts

Effective May. 1st, 1999, the total Employer contributions of five dollars and twenty-five cents ($5.25) per hour shall increase to five dollars and seventy cents ($5.70) per hour.

Effective May. 1st, 19992000, the total Employer contributions of five dollars and twenty-five four cents ($5.255.24) per hour shall increase to five dollars and seventy fifty-six cents ($5.705.56) per hour.

Effective May. 1st, 19992000, the total Employer contributions of five dollars and twenty-five cents ($5.25) per hour shall increase to five dollars and seventy cents ($5.70) per hour shall increase to six dollars and fifteen cents ($6.15) per hour.
