VACATION WITH PAY. 21.01 Each employee shall receive a vacation allowance on their gross wages in accordance with the schedule as set out in the appropriate Provincial Appendix, which shall be included in their weekly pay.
VACATION WITH PAY. 30.01 Employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to the following vacations with pay.
VACATION WITH PAY. 21.01 All employees entitled to annual vacation must take their vacation as posted. The Company will post the annual vacation schedule by October 15 of each year. Employees must indicate their choice of vacation selection based on their weeks of entitlement no later than November
VACATION WITH PAY. 25.1 An employee who, at the beginning of the calendar year, is not qualified for vacation under Article 25.2 hereof, shall be allowed one working day's vacation with pay for each twenty-five days' cumulative compensated service, or major portion thereof, during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of ten working days until qualifying for further vacation under Article 25.2.
VACATION WITH PAY. 9.01 Employees shall earn and receive vacation with pay subject to terms and conditions set out as follows:
VACATION WITH PAY. Two (2) Years Service Two (2) calendar weeks (ten (10) business days). Vacation pay will be four percent (4%) of employee’s gross earnings for the previous year or two (2) weeks basic pay whichever is the greater.
VACATION WITH PAY. 21.01 a) An employee who has less than one (1) year of service as of December 31 shall be entitled to one (1) week vacation. Vacation pay shall be four percent (4%) of the employee’s gross earnings for the year ending December 31.

Vacation pay will be prorated in the event an employee has received payment under Long Term Disability or in the event Workplace Safety and Insurance claims exceed fifteen (15) consecutive weeks. Vacation payments will also be prorated in the event an employee has been granted an unpaid leave of absence in accordance with Article 17:01.
VACATION WITH PAY. Every employee who, on June 30th of the vacation year, has been in continuous service of the Company: For ten years or more, shall receive four (4) weeks vacation with pay equal to eight per cent (8%) of total earnings with the Company during the year ending the preceding December or For five (5)years or more, shall receive three (3) weeks vacation with pay equal to six per cent (6%) of total earnings within the Company during the year ending the preceding December or For one (1) year or more, shall receive two (2) weeks vacation with pay equal to four per cent (4%) of total earnings with the Company during the year ending the preceding December or For less than one (1) year, shall receive vacation based on one (1) day per completed calendar month of employment (up to ten days) with pay equal to four percent (4%) of total earnings with the Company during the year ending the preceding December Annual vacations will be taken in the period commencing on the last Sunday in March and finishing on the last Saturday in March the following year, except that on request by an employee the Company may grant permission for a vacation to be taken at some other time. Vacation pay shall not be paid for vacations not taken except to an employee who quits or is dismissed or is laid off; such an employee shall receive vacation credits at the time employment ceases, except that an employee who has been temporarily laid off, as provided by Clause herein, shall receive vacation pay at the time of his vacation. An option for part time employees is to elect to receive vacation pay in a lump sum in January or at the time of their vacation. For purposes of this Article, "total earnings" shall mean the actual wages earned by an employee, including Workers' Compensation payments. Such "total earnings" shall also involve any weekly indemnity payments collected by the employee if the employee has been off work on weekly indemnity for more than six (6) months. The Applicable standard vacation indemnity will be paid as it occurs. Vacation Schedule Minimum The number of vacation slots available for bid within each classification will be determined using the ratio of total entitlement divided by Where the result is a fraction of a number or greater it is to be rounded up, e.g. slots Full time and part time employees in each Occupational Group bid together.
VACATION WITH PAY. (A) Amend Article 21.02 to read: “Subject to Article 33.01(e), during each year of continuous service in the employ of the Employer, an employee shall earn vacation with pay in proportion to the number of months worked during the vacation year, to be taken the following vacation year except as provided for in Article 21.05.
