Election Day Polling Locations. The Election Day polling locations are those listed in Exhibit “B,” attached hereto and made a part of this contract. The Contracting Officer shall arrange for the use of all Election Day polling places and shall arrange for the setting up of all polling locations for Election Day, including ensuring that each polling location has the necessary tables, chairs, and voting booths.

Election Day Polling Locations. Election Day voting shall be held in approved vote centers where appropriate at the dates, times, and locations recommended by the Election Officer and authorized and ordered by the governing body of the LPS.

The District understands that the cost of services to be rendered by the Contracting Officer includes a pro rata share of any fees charged by the entity providing the poll site and the cost of all employee services required to provide access, security, or custodial services for the polling location(s).

  • Opening an Account Stripe may use information that you provide to Stripe and its Affiliates about a Connected Account to (a) determine the Connected Account’s eligibility to be a Stripe Issuing Accountholder; (b) administer the Stripe Issuing Program; and (c) monitor each Stripe Issuing Accountholder’s Principal Owners, Stripe Issuing Administrators, Card Authorised Users, representatives, and individuals with significant responsibility for management, including executives and senior managers, for the purpose of meeting Stripe’s obligations under Law.   • Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
