Election of Remedies. Agent shall have the right in Agent’s sole discretion to determine which rights, security, Liens or remedies Agent may at any time pursue, foreclose upon, relinquish, subordinate, modify or take any other action with respect to, without in any way impairing, modifying or affecting any of Agent’s other rights, security, Liens or remedies with respect to any Collateral or any of Agent’s rights or remedies under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
