Election scrutiny. The validity of the ballot papers received shall be checked by the electoral office. Only correctly com- pleted ballot papers received in good time before the election day shall be valid. The electoral office must keep a record of its activities and ascertainments and notify the results of the elec- tion to the Board of Foundation. The electoral office shall ensure that the election re- sults are appropriately announced. The newly elected Board of Foundation must deter- mine the validity of the election at its constituent meeting.
Election scrutiny. The validity of the requested and submitted ballot pa- pers is checked by the electoral office. Only ballot pa- pers that are correct and comply with the provisions of the election regulations and the election instruc- tions (par. 5.3) received before the election date are considered. The electoral office shall have to keep a record of its activities and ascertainments and to notify the results of the election to the Board of Foundation. The electoral office shall ensure an appropriate an- nouncement of the election results. The newly elected Board of Foundation shall have to determine the validity of the election at its constituent meeting.
