Election of employee representatives. All employees participating in the pensions insurance scheme may be by-elected and are entitled to vote. Election shall be by a straight majority of the votes cast (relative majority). Those candidates are elected who gain the majority of the votes cast in the first bal- lot. The same procedure shall be adopted for elec- tions under art. 1.1 par. 4. Elections shall be notified in writing by means of an election report to the Board of Foundation.
