Elective Educational and Professional Leave. Request for educational and professional leave shall be submitted in writing on the appropriate form to the immediate supervisor with at least fourteen (14) days' notice and shall be responded to in writing, including the reason for any denial, within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the request.
