Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.
RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION A. Purpose and Application This document (“DPA”) is incorporated into the Agreement and forms part of a written (including in electronic form) contract between SAP and Customer. This DPA applies to Personal Data processed by SAP and its Subprocessors in connection with its provision of the Cloud Service. This DPA does not apply to non-production environments of the Cloud Service if such environments are made available by SAP, and Customer shall not store Personal Data in such environments.
Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
Classroom Interruptions Classroom interruptions shall be kept to a minimum. Principals shall establish schedules for the use of the intercom services in each school, including staff use. The schedule shall be posted. Deviations from the schedule shall be made only in an emergency or when other means of communication are not possible or feasible.
