RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. 3.01 (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent as described in the certificate issued pursuant to the Code.
RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. A. For purposes of this agreement only, and subject to the provisions of Chapter 288 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, the County and the unincorporated town of Jackpot recognize the Association as the bargaining agent for the employees scheduled to work at least 1040 hours or more during the fiscal year (hereinafter referred to as “regular employees”), employed in the classifications set forth in Exhibit “A” to negotiate in respect to those mandatory subjects of bargaining set forth in NRS Section 288.150(2), but excluding District Court and juvenile probation appointees of the Fourth Judicial District, volunteers, department heads, elected officials, supervisory and administrative employees, temporary employees and employees who have decided pursuant to NRS 288.140(2) to act for themselves with respect to any condition of their employment.
RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. 7.01 The Company recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for the members of the bargaining unit and recognizes the right of any bargaining unit member to be represented by an Association officer.
RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. The terms and conditions of this Contract shall apply to those employees in the positions described in Appendix A, regardless of membership in the Association. The City, subject to Chapter 288 of Nevada Revised Statutes recognizes the Association as the exclusive negotiating agent for purposes of establishing salaries, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for all its classified non-supervisory law enforcement positions listed in Appendix A.

RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. 1.01 The Employer (the Communications Security Establishment) recognizes the Public Service Alliance of Canada (Alliance) as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees, as described in the certificate issued by the Public Service Staff Relations Board (PSSRB) issued on February 23, 2001 (125-13-96).
