Electricity/Energy. The Private Party shall ensure a continuous energy measurement by utilising relevant measuring equipment/instruments. The sole objective of such a measurement will be to reduce the energy costs. It will be the Private Parties responsibility to ensure within the first month of operation that the electricity meters reads correctly in order to eliminate conflicts on meter readings during the contract term.
