Electronic Addresses. If the applicable Use Case involves sending, receiving or finding Message Content, then Participant and its Authorized Users shall provide and maintain correct Electronic Addresses and Electronic Service Information (ESI) with Network.

(b) The ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇ homepage shall promptly be changed to serve as a landing page to enable redirection of Persons to NCR and ATMCo sites, respectively, in a manner reasonably agreed to by the Parties, which includes a form and manner that provides equivalent placement for and access to NCR and ATMCo (and such domain name and associated site shall be maintained at NCR’s cost). For further clarity, NCR shall continue to own and maintain the ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇ homepage.

Customer may not alter, modify, sell, lease, assign, encumber or otherwise tamper with the Electronic Addresses.

(a) ATMCo and its Affiliates shall ensure that any Electronic Addresses that include or use the House Mark and are used by or on behalf of ATMCo or its Affiliates contain the ATMCo Company Name (and ATMCo shall maintain such Electronic Addresses and associated sites at ATMCo’s cost), and NCR shall ensure that any Electronic Addresses that include or use the House Mark and are used by or on behalf of NCR contain the NCR Company Name (and NCR shall maintain such Electronic Addresses and associated sites at NCR’s cost).

(c) Except as permitted by the License with respect to Marks in Schedule 2 (and, for further clarity, Shared Product Marks), ATMCo and its Affiliates shall not combine the House Mark with another company name.
