Internet Access Service. D6.5 In accordance with University policy, all assets acquired with PDTR funds remain the property of the University. After four (4) calendar years from the date of purchase, or upon retirement or resignation, the Member has the option of purchasing these items from the University at fair market value.
Internet Access Service. Dial-up or broadband access service that enables Subscribers to access the Internet.
Internet Access Service. The Company undertakes to provide the Subscriber with Internet access service (“Service”) which shall include any additional and/or enhanced services identified as an addendum schedule to this Agreement.
Internet Access Service. This Internet Access Service Section shall only apply if Internet Access Services are included in a Service Order under this Agreement; however, continued use of the Internet Service shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

Internet Access Service. Continued use of the Internet Service is subject to these additional terms.
(a) Equipment and Software Requirements. Customer shall maintain certain minimum Equipment and software to receive the Service. Please consult with ImOn for the current specifications.
(b) Internet Service Speeds. ImOn shall use commercially reasonable efforts to achieve the Internet speed selected by the Customer on the Service Order. However, Customer understands and agrees that such speeds may vary.
(c) Access and Use. Customer agrees to ensure that any person who has access to the Internet Services through Customer's computer(s), Service Location, facilities or account shall comply with the terms of this Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for all charges incurred and all conduct, whether authorized or unauthorized, caused by use of Customer's computers, service locations, facilities or account using the Internet Services.
Internet Access Service. (A) As soon as it is physically practicable after completion of the technical upgrade provided for in Section 7.3, Grantee shall offer commercial Internet access to residential, governmental and educational subscribers. Grantee will be relieved of this obligation only upon its demonstrating that the service is not commercially feasible. There will be a rebuttable presumption that such access is commercially feasible if a comparable service is available within the city.
Internet Access Service. 1. The Loudoun County Public Library offers its customers access via computer equipment to the Internet. The Library does not provide electronic mail accounts, Usenet newsgroups, or real-time discussion/chat.
Internet Access Service. APB will offer “Internet Access Service” (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) to locations in Unserved Areas at the initial tiers and monthly prices set forth as follows: Internet Access Service – Tiers and Prices Plan Tier Monthly Price 10/3 Mbps $49.95 15/3 Mbps $89.95 24/3 Mbps $99.95 APB will offer Service on a best-efforts basis and otherwise on the same terms and conditions as apply to its similarly situated customers outside of the County. APB may require new customers to agree to a 12-month service commitment and may charge a one-time installation fee not to exceed $100.
Internet Access Service. Company will provide Internet access Service subject to Company's Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable policies which are available via a link on Company's website. Company's Acceptable Use Policy generally provides that you may not use the Internet access Service to do any of the following: (1) engage in illegal activity; (2) violate the network policies of any network accessed through the Service; or (3) engage in any activity that unreasonably interferes with other Internet users' use and enjoyment of the Internet or the Service. Company's Acceptable Use Policy may change periodically, and it is your responsibility to review the policy from time to time and comply with any changes.
