Internet Access Service. In accordance with University policy, all assets acquired with PDTR funds remain the property of the University. After four (4) calendar years from the date of purchase, or upon retirement or resignation, the Member has the option of purchasing these items from the University at fair market value.
Internet Access Service. The Company undertakes to provide the Subscriber with Internet access service (“Service”) which shall include any additional and/or enhanced services identified as an addendum schedule to this Agreement.
Internet Access Service. This Internet Access Service Section shall only apply if Internet Access Services are included in a Service Order under this Agreement; however, continued use of the Internet Service shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. (a) Customer shall (i) maintain certain minimum equipment and software to receive the Service (see xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx(or the applicable successor URL) for the current specifications); (ii) ensure that any person who has access to the Internet Services through Customer's computer(s), Service Location, facilities or account shall comply with the terms of this Agreement, (iii) be responsible for all charges incurred and all conduct, whether authorized or unauthorized, caused by use of Customer's computers, service locations, facilities or account using the Internet Services.
Internet Access Service. Continued use of the Internet Service is subject to these additional terms. (a) Equipment and Software Requirements. Customer shall maintain certain minimum Equipment and software to receive the Service. Please consult with ImOn for the current specifications. (b) Internet Service Speeds. ImOn shall use commercially reasonable efforts to achieve the Internet speed selected by the Customer on the Service Order. However, Customer understands and agrees that such speeds may vary. (c) Access and Use. Customer agrees to ensure that any person who has access to the Internet Services through Customer's computer(s), Service Location, facilities or account shall comply with the terms of this Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for all charges incurred and all conduct, whether authorized or unauthorized, caused by use of Customer's computers, service locations, facilities or account using the Internet Services.
Internet Access Service. Company will provide Internet access Service subject to Company's Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable policies which are available via a link on Company's website. Company's Acceptable Use Policy generally provides that you may not use the Internet access Service to do any of the following: (1) engage in illegal activity; (2) violate the network policies of any network accessed through the Service; or (3) engage in any activity that unreasonably interferes with other Internet users' use and enjoyment of the Internet or the Service. Company's Acceptable Use Policy may change periodically, and it is your responsibility to review the policy from time to time and comply with any changes.
Internet Access Service. For the purposes of this Contract, Internet Access Service includes connectivity and bandwidth options that provide access to the internet backbone directly or indirectly via peering relationships. In addition to providing the above Description of Services the Contractor must include the bandwidth options being proposed for the Internet Access Service. Contractor must indicate if it intends to provide any of the following: data communication services, load balancing services, quality of services (QoS), and the ability to segment traffic in conjunction with the Internet Access Service.

Internet Access Service. Internet access may be billed in full hour increments. Partial hours of use may be rounded up to the next full hour. Unused hours may not be carried over to subsequent monthly billing cycles. Access time may be measured from the time the port is seized to the time the port is released by your computer.
Internet Access Service. If you subscribe to our Internet Access Service, then you agree to abide by our Acceptable Use Policy, available via a link on the XXXXXX.xxx home page (xxx.XXXXXX.xxx), and by any other policies posted there. The Acceptable Use Policy generally provides that you may not use our Internet Access Service to (1) engage in illegal activity, (2) violate the network policies of any network accessed through our Service or (3) engage in any activity that interferes with other Internet users’ use and enjoyment of the Internet or our Service. The Acceptable Use Policy may change periodically, and it is your responsibility to review it from time to time and comply with the changes.
Internet Access Service. (a) ICTC Internet Access Service will provide you with: (i) Connection to the Internet through the Internet Access Service; (ii) No cancellation fees; (iii) Free customer technical phone support; (iv) Fully licensed Internet access software; (b) The Internet is not owned, operated, managed by, or in any way affiliated with ICTC or any of ICTC’s affiliates. Due to the nature of the Internet, ICTC cannot and will not guarantee that the Internet Access Service will provide you with Internet access that is sufficient to meet your needs. You agree that your use of the Internet Access Service and the Internet is solely at your own risk and is subject to all applicable local, provincial, national and international laws and regulations. (c) ICTC retains the right, but shall not be obligated, to restrict or terminate your Internet Access Service at any time, if ICTC, in its sole discretion, determines that you are in violation of this Agreement. If ICTC determines that you are in violation of this Agreement, any restriction or termination of your Internet Access Service will be effective immediately, without prior notice. You agree that ICTC will have no liability to you for any restriction or termination of your Internet Access Service pursuant to such violation. (d) You agree that if ICTC terminates your Access account as a result of your violation of this Agreement, you forfeit any right to a refund of any prepaid account charges, such forfeiture being agreed to by you and ICTC as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. In the event that you violate this Agreement, ICTC shall be at liberty to refuse to accept any application for renewal or reinstatement of your subscription following such cancellation. (e) You are responsible for verifying that any telephone numbers through which you access the Internet through the Internet Access Service are local access numbers. Any telephone charges associated with your access to the Internet through ICTC are solely your responsibility. ICTC WILL NOT REIMBURSE OR PAY ANY TELEPHONE CHARGES FOR ANY REASON.
