Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. Any signature page delivered electronically or by facsimile (including without limitation transmission by .pdf) shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page, with regard to any agreement subject to the terms hereof or any amendment thereto. Any party who delivers such a signature page agrees to later deliver an original counterpart to the other party if so requested.
Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. 9.11.1 Any party hereto may deliver a copy of its counterpart signature page to this Agreement via electronic signature software, fax, e-mail, or web-based project management software. Each party hereto shall be entitled to rely upon an electronic, scanned, or facsimile signature of any other party delivered in such a manner as if such signature were an original.
Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or by an e-mail which contains a portable document format (.pdf) file of an executed signature page, such signature page shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such signature page were an original thereof. A party’s electronic signature (complying with the New York Electronic Signatures and Records Act (N.Y. State Tech. §§ 301-309), as amended from time to time, or other applicable law) of this Agreement shall have the same validity and effect as a signature affixed by the party’s hand.
Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. The execution of this Amendment may be effected by facsimile and/or electronically transmitted signatures, all of which shall be treated as originals; provided, however, that the party receiving a copy hereof with a facsimile and/or electronically transmitted signature may, by written notice to the other, require the prompt delivery of an original signature to evidence and confirm the delivery of the facsimile signature. Purchaser and Seller each intend to be bound by its respective facsimile and/or electronically transmitted signature, and is aware that the other party will rely thereon, and each party waives any defenses to the enforcement of this Amendment delivered by facsimile and/or electronic transmission.
Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. Documents signed and transmitted electronically and by facsimile shall be acceptable and constitute good delivery hereunder, except where original documents are otherwise required to effect good delivery.

Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. Signatures may be transmitted electronically or by facsimile. The electronic or facsimile transmission of an original signature or a copy thereof on this document, or any counterpart of this document, by any Party or counsel for said Party who has signed this document, or counterpart of this document, to any other Party or counsel for any other Party represents that said document or counterpart has been duly signed and executed. A signature produced by electronic or facsimile transmission shall be deemed an original signature.
Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. IHDA reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require original signatures or to rely on electronic, facsimile transmissions, or photocopies of facsimile transmissions, and Housing Provider hereby waives any rights to object to the validity of their signature based on IHDA’s exclusive determination.
Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. A copy of this Agreement and any other documents requiring the Parties’ signatures hereunder that are signed by a Party and delivered by email to another Party shall have the same effect as the delivery of an original of this Agreement (and any other documents required hereunder) containing the original signature of such Party; provided, the Parties shall furnish each other with original signatures of all such documents as may be requested.
Electronic and Facsimile Signatures. Both Parties expressly stipulate that, to the extent permitted by law, any documents contemplated pursuant to this Agreement may be executed and become effective by affixing either an electronic or handwritten signature in the appropriate location and transmitting such document to the other Party using traditional, electronic, or facsimile methods of transmission. Any such electronic or facsimile transmitted signature will be deemed and carry the legal significance of an original signature.
