Common use of Electronic Bulletin Board/Web Page Clause in Contracts

Electronic Bulletin Board/Web Page. During the term of this Agreement, the Association may use an electronic Bulletin Board or Web Page on the University electronic information system to facilitate on-campus communication with its members, provided that such usage shall be restricted to the following: (a) notices of Association recreational and social activities; (b) notices of Association elections; (c) notices of Association appointments; and (d) notices of Association meetings, reports, minutes, information, and announcements thereof. The Association shall limit posting of all Association notices on campus to this space. Costs incident to preparing the posting of Association material shall be borne by the Association. The Association’s use of the University’s electronic information system shall conform with applicable University rules and regulations concerning the use of the system. The Board reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the Association’s usage of the University’s electronic information system in the event the Board determines that the Association has used such system contrary to the applicable rules and regulations.
