Common use of Electronic Data Clause in Contracts

Electronic Data. liability arising from: a) loss, alteration or impairment of or damage to information and/or data in electronic form; b) malicious acts of any person carried out by electronic means; c) defamation or harassment carried out by electronic means; but this exclusion shall not apply in respect of liability for any ensuing accidental bodily injury (save for mental injury or mental disease) or accidental damage which is not otherwise excluded.
