Electronic Data. ‌‌ 3.6.1 The MCO shall be capable of receiving the following data electronically from the STATE: price files, remittance advices, enrollment data, third party liability, and rates files. If there is a disruption of the STATE’s electronic capabilities, the MCO has the time period specified in section 3.12.2 to disseminate enrollment information to its Enrollees.‌
