  • Electronic Disclosures We may deliver amendments to this Agreement and other disclosures to you in an electronic format. Other disclosures may include: • Monthly account statements • Deposit account disclosures • Notices regarding changes in account terms and fees • Privacy notices The equipment necessary for accessing these types of disclosures electronically is described within this Agreement. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER ONLINE BANKING RELATED DISCLOSURES IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. YOU ALSO AGREE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESSING THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE AND FOR VIEWING ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES. If you consent to receive electronic disclosures and later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent and change to paper delivery format. Online banking customers may request paper copies of disclosures such as this Online Banking Agreement free of charge.

  • Notice of Disclosure DFMC must advise you in writing of its intention to disclose details of this Contract before actual disclosure.

  • Electronic Notice An electronic communication (“Electronic Notice”) shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 16 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.

  • Data Disclosure Under Minnesota Statute § 270C.65, Subdivision 3 and other applicable law, the Contractor consents to disclosure of its social security number, federal employer tax identification number, and/or Minnesota tax identification number, already provided to the State, to federal and state agencies and state personnel involved in the payment of state obligations. These identification numbers may be used in the enforcement of federal and state laws which could result in action requiring the Contractor to file state tax returns, pay delinquent state tax liabilities, if any, or pay other state liabilities.

  • Electronic Documents We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).

  • Electronic Notice to Borrower Unless another delivery method is required by Applicable Law, Lender may provide notice to Borrower by e-mail or other electronic communication (“Electronic Communication”) if: (i) agreed to by Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx in writing; (ii) Borrower has provided Lender with Borrower’s e-mail or other electronic address (“Electronic Address”); (iii) Lender provides Borrower with the option to receive notices by first class mail or by other non-Electronic Communication instead of by Electronic Communication; and (iv) Lender otherwise complies with Applicable Law. Any notice to Borrower sent by Electronic Communication in connection with this Security Instrument will be deemed to have been given to Borrower when sent unless Lender becomes aware that such notice is not delivered. If Xxxxxx becomes aware that any notice sent by Electronic Communication is not delivered, Xxxxxx will resend such communication to Borrower by first class mail or by other non-Electronic Communication. Xxxxxxxx may withdraw the agreement to receive Electronic Communications from Lender at any time by providing written notice to Xxxxxx of Xxxxxxxx’s withdrawal of such agreement.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement.
