Common use of Electronic Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Electronic Monitoring. No electronic monitoring of employees or their work shall be undertaken unless there is written consent. Such consent shall be subject to withdrawal at any time and must be renewed for each contract year. The employer agrees that employees shall be notified of the purpose of such monitoring and any occasions under which it has occurred.
