Common use of Electronic Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Electronic Monitoring. All observations shall be conducted openly. Mechanical or electronic devices shall not be used to listen to or record the procedures of any class, unless it is initiated and submitted by the employee or mutually agreed to by the evaluator and the employee. Such recordings shall be used for evaluation purposes only and will not be shared without the employee’s written consent.
