  • Electronic Backups Subrecipient shall ensure that all electronic information is protected by performing regular backups of automated files and databases and ensure the availability of information assets for continued business. Subrecipient shall ensure that all data, files, and backup files are encrypted.

  • Electronic Monitoring All observations shall be conducted openly. Mechanical or electronic devices shall not be used to listen to or record the procedures of any class without the prior knowledge and consent of the teacher.

  • Electronic Payments The Subgrantee can choose to use electronic funds transfer (EFT) to receive grant payments. All Subgrantees wishing to receive their award through EFT must submit a Vendor Direct Deposit Authorization form (form number DFS-AI-26E rev 6/2014), incorporated by reference, to the Florida Department of Financial Services. If EFT has already been set up for your organization, you do not need to submit another authorization form unless you have changed bank accounts.   • When Must Electronic Communications Be Retained? Email that qualifies under FOIA as a public record will need to be stored pursuant to the Local Records Act (LRA), only if it is evidence of the District's organization, function, policies, procedures, or activities or contains informational data appropriate for preservation. 50 ILCS 205/. An example is any email from a Board officer concerning a decision made in his or her capacity as an officer.   • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement.   • Electronic Check Transactions You authorize us to honor any electronic check conversion transaction and re-presented check fee debit transactions you authorize ("Electronic Check Transactions"). You agree that your authorization for an electronic check transaction occurs when you initiate such a transaction after receiving any notice regarding the merchant's right to process the transaction, including any written sign provided by the merchant at the time of your transaction. All terms governing electronic funds transfer services will apply to electronic check transactions, except the $50 and $500 limits of liability for unauthorized transactions in Section 9. You remain responsible for notifying us of any unauthorized electronic check transaction shown on your statement.

  • Counterparts and Electronic Signatures This Settlement Agreement may be executed in counterparts. Electronic, facsimile or photocopied signatures shall be considered as valid signatures.

  • Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.
