Electronic Registry of Eligible Employees (Registrants. (a) Employees covered by this Agreement are eligible for listing on the Registry if they are Employees who have received notice of layoff or have been laid off and are either: i. regular employees with one (1) calendar year of service working at fifty (50%) percent workload or greater, as defined in the applicable local agreement, or ii. non-regular employees with two (2) calendar years of service working at fifty (50%) percent workload or greater, as defined in the applicable local agreements.
