Electronic Surveillance. Electronic surveillance equipment such as closed circuit television or camera equipment or otherwise shall not be used by the Employer for surveillance of Employees while at work and such equipment shall not be installed in the Employees' lunch rooms or rest areas.
Electronic Surveillance. Cameras shall not be used to monitor Employee performance however the Employer may review recordings where an allegation of culpable misconduct has arisen.

Electronic Surveillance. 40.01 Employee identification cards and electronic surveillance equipment such as closed circuit television or camera equipment installed in areas where employees covered by this Agreement are working will not be used for surveillance of employees on scheduled duty in their assigned work areas, nor will such equipment be installed in employees' lunch rooms or rest areas. Prior to any of this equipment being installed to control access/egress or prior to the Company expanding the use of the employee identification card beyond that of its present use a full discussion will be undertaken between the Union and the Company. The Company will give reasonable consideration to any input from the Union.
40.02 Information gathered through any form of electronic surveillance, i.e., VTD, Workload Statistics, telephone systems record, shall not be used to measure productivity for disciplinary purposes against any member of the bargaining unit unless substantiated by other evidence.
40.03 Notwithstanding the above, where there are unforeseen circumstances related to a breach of security, the Company will enter into discussions with the Union prior to determining what if any special security measures should be activate.

Many of the homes, condos, and units are equipped with electronic surveillance including exterior cameras and noise monitoring devices that monitor decibel levels and number of wireless devices. Neither does iTrip, iTrip Vacations Salt Lake City or Owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, WiFi and internet, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include a private or community pool and/or hot tub. The undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the private or community pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the private or community pool, hot tub and patio areas.

No electronic device shall intentionally be used to listen to or to view an employee or groups of employees in their designated classroom or work area without their knowledge unless it is court ordered or unless it is agreed upon by the Association President and Superintendent or designee. If court ordered, the Association President will be notified and provided a copy of the court order prior to implementation. The provisions of this paragraph are not intended to prevent the District from utilizing security cameras in common areas such as parking lots, school hallways, and buses.

The primary purpose of electronic surveillance is to ensure the health, welfare and safety of all employees, students and visitors to District property, and to safeguard District facilities and equipment. The parties agree that the staff will not be responsible for the tape(s), or its quality, or its existence. The District further agrees that the placement of the cameras in school buildings and on the buses will not be the responsibility of the staff. It shall be the responsibility of the drivers to operate the cameras during each bus run; however, it shall not be the responsibility of the bus drivers to change videotapes on the cameras.
Electronic Surveillance. The District is prohibited from using cameras and recording devices in the classroom.
