ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS Personal Planning Time. All elementary teachers shall have no less than forty (40) minutes of duty-free personal planning time per school day, excluding gym, music and lunch. If staggered starts are used at an elementary building, the Board shall endeavor to have 40 consecutive minutes for personal preparation time.
