ELIGIBILITY/ELECTIVE DEFERRALS (Universal Availability. (2.01(A)). Unless the Employer is a Church, an Employee (other than an Excluded Employee) generally becomes a Participant in the Elective Deferral portion of the Plan as soon as administratively feasible on or after the Employee’s first day of employment with the Employer, as more fully described in Section 2.01(A). [Note: Elections 14 - 17 do not apply to Elective Deferrals unless Election 14(l) is elected or the Employer is a Church.]

  • Elective Deferrals An Employee will be eligible to become a Contributing Participant in the Plan (and thus be eligible to make Elective Deferrals) and receive Matching Contributions (including Qualified Matching Contributions, if applicable) after completing 1 (enter 0, 1 or any fraction less than 1) Years of Eligibility Service.
