Eligibility for Continuing Contract. 7.4.1 Eligibility for continuing contract shall be based upon state law. 7.4.2 The following specifically supersedes ORC §3319.08, §3319.11 and any other applicable state law. Before the Board can grant a member a continuing contract, the member must provide written notice to the Human Resources Department indicating that the teacher has, or soon will, qualify for a continuing contract. The notice must be submitted on or before September 15. The notification form can be found on the District website.
