Eligibility for Leave Use. Accrued personal leave may be taken at any time when approved by the appropriate Commanding Officer-Supervisor. Personal leave shall be scheduled with due regard to the employee's request with any extenuating circumstance to be considered and consistent with the operating requirements of the JSO.
